These beginner’s yoga classes, hosted at the library, will teach the basics of yoga breathing, stretching, and meditation. People of all ages are welcome to join, though kids must be accompanied by an adult. No experience is necessary to join. Please bring your own yoga mat or small blanket and remember to wear loose clothing. Classes meet Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. and the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
