Street Painting Winners

Find out which local artists took home this year's prizes.After a precipitation-forced postponement from Saturday, July 28 (Wayne picked that day to finally get it right?), our annual Street Painting competitions got under way the following day. Attrition naturally follows a change in schedule, but, as the photos printed on these pages attest, there was no dropoff in quality.

Special thanks go to the Downtown Committee’s Laurie Reed and Chuck McFadden, who helped clean the sidewalks of Montgomery Street and further barricaded the streets so our artists could be safe while they did their thing.
