Better Off Ted is probably dead but the first season lives on as a DVD treat

At the risk of sounding like one of those “it’s one of the best TV shows you’re not watching” screeds, ABC’s workplace sitcom Better Off Ted is close to wrapping its 13-episode second-season order on Tuesday, Jan. 26. The network is yanking the ratings-challenged laugh riot prior to the February sweeps (there will still be two episodes that haven’t aired), and there’s little chance of a third-season renewal.
