Rarely Done Productions kids around with TV cartoon conventions for Spooky Dog and the Teenage Gang Mysteries, a not-for-children spoof that runs on Friday, Feb. 15, and Saturday, Feb. 16, 8 p.m., at Jazz Central, 441 E. Washington St. With Gennaro Parlato (pictured) as super-sleuth Thelma, innuendoes and slapstick galore, it’s a show best appreciated by those with a taste for Scooby snacks.
