It’s the truth that the Syracuse University Orangewomen are ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 for the first time in two years. The other Carrier Dome denizens stand at six wins and two losses in the Big East Conference and are at No. 24 in the poll; the women are ranked Nov. 24 in the USA Today Coaches Top 25 poll as well. Coach Quentin Hillsman (pictured from the 2009-2010 season) leads the Orangewomen onto their home court on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. against Pittsburgh. Let’s hope they have a better time of it than the men, who lost at Pitt on Feb. 2.
