
Branches of the Onondaga County Public Library system take the lead with new exhibitions for 2013. At Mundy Branch Library, 1204 S. Geddes St., the third annual showcase by students from Fowler High School runs during January, including Ellen Martinez’ whimsical “Snowman” (below).
