Salt City broadcasting institution Phil Markert brings back his popular show A Senior Moment or Two, a cavalcade of songs and humor, to the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 4112 E. Genesee St., DeWitt, on Sunday, Oct. 14, 3 p.m. Currently enjoying retirement in South Carolina, Markert came back to the area for the 50th anniversary of WSYR-Channel 9, as well as to mount this performance. Also putting in special appearances will be sweetheart songbirds Bob Brown and Cathleen O’Brien Brown. Admission is $10 in advance (available at the church rectory office and the Piano and Organ Center at Great Northern Mall), $12 at the door. For information, call the church at 446-0473.
