Since 1996, The Promise Breakers, composed of artists, musicians and proponents of change, have mounted twice-yearly rockin’ showcases. On Sat. Oct. 13, 8 p.m., an event titled Satan’s Lil’ Helpers in Blood-O-Vision takes over the North Syracuse club Fusion, 3705 Brewerton Road. Bands such as Jayne Dracula, Undergang, Mike Watson, Jeff Jones & the Pale Green Stars and the Joe Dirienzo Experience will perform, with artwork displayed by Richard Williams, Allison Perkins, Monster, Lee Brown Coye, Joel Lyon, Lisa Bogin, Mike Cody and more.
