Brew at the Zoo

The Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo will hold its 16th annual Brew at the Zoo fundraiser on Friday, Aug. 3, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Located at 1 Conservation Place, the zoo will provide the opportunity to sample a wide range of beers and local wines. The pop/rock band Dashboard Nixon will provide live music, and there will be food, glorious food. The zoo offers a roundtrip shuttle departing for the zoo at 5 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. from in front of the Museum of Science and Technology, 500 S. Franklin St., in Armory Square.
