.
. . . . . .

This big-time fundraiser for downtown venue Jazz Central actually takes place across four floors of the Mohegan Manor, 58 Oswego St., Baldwinsville, on Sunday, Jan. 29, noon to 9 p.m. A noontime brunch starts the occasion, with food stations, wine tastings, beer samples, a fine art silent auction and more available throughout the day. And there will be plenty of diverse musical interludes from Julie Falatico and Joe Ferlo (noon), the Syracuse Bluesfest Blues Band All-Stars (2 and 4 p.m.), the Bill Horrace Trio with Tom Bronzetti and Dave Solazzo (2:15 and 4 p.m.), Grupo Pagan (2:15 and 4 p.m.), saxophone great Chris Vadala and singer Nancy Kelly (pictured) with the Central New York Jazz Orchestra (3:30 and 5 p.m.) and a celebrity jam session with Jeff Stockham’s Jazz Police (6 p.m.). Admission for the brunch is $25 in advance, $30 at the door. To enjoy the day’s music only, admission is also $25 in advance, $30 at the door. For both the brunch and music, expect to pay $45 in advance, $55 at the door. And students pay $15. For details, call 479-5299.
