You know the new year has officially started in Central New York when
the latest Disney ice-skating spectacle takes center stage at the
Onondaga County War Memorial, 515 Montgomery St. Music merges with
slapstick as costumed characters glide past the audience, with nods to
animated classics such as The Lion King (pictured), Peter Pan and more.
Show times are Wednesday, Jan. 4, through Friday, Jan. 6, 7 p.m.;
Saturday, Jan. 7, 11 a.m., 3 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Jan. 8, 1 and 4:30
p.m. Tickets are $15 (opening night only), $20, $30 and $50. For
