With more than 600 shows under their belt in the past four years, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad has earned a reputation almost as big as their name for delivering reggae that pushes the genre’s boundaries. The Rochester quintet, who will drop a new CD in January, will bring their beats to the Westcott Theater, 524 Westcott St., on Friday, Dec. 9, 8 p.m., with opening music from T.A.O. and the four-piece electro-rockers Jimkata.
