There could be a local revival a-borning for the banjo-eyed Eddie Cantor since, according to the Syracuse Cinephile Society, film screenings featuring the vintage vaudevillian have played to packed houses whenever they are unspooled at the Spaghetti Warehouse, 680 N. Clinton St. Next up is the 1931 pre-Production Code musicalcomedy Palmy Days, running Monday, Oct. 24, 7:30 p.m., and starring Cantor (pictured, with Charlotte Greenwood) plus George Raft and a pretty passel of Goldwyn Girls. Admission is $3.50. For Spaghetti Warehouse information, dial 475-1807.
