Charley’s Aunt

.
. . . . . .

Imagine Jack Benny in drag and that’s all you need for laughs in this 1941 comedy, which features the old skinflint (center, sandwiched between Edmund Gwenn and Laird Cregar) in the deathless cross-dressing farce created by Brandon Thomas way back in 1892. It’s the latest flick to be screened by the Syracuse Cinephile Society on Monday, April 25, 7:30 p.m., at the Spaghetti Warehouse, 680 N. Clinton St. Admission is $3, with Cinephile members getting in for $2.50, with dinner available from the menu. For information, call 475-1807.
