“Look, wine is fun, it needs to be fun. We’re fun people. It is our
pleasure to talk to people and inform them about wine,” Chisholm muses.
To taste wine like pro, pull up a glass at the Jazz & Wine
Festival. In the meantime, sip from Chisholm’s vat of knowledge: Uncork
a bottle of wine and introduce it to a glass. Observe how the light
complements the liquid. Hover the glass below your nose, swirl, inhale
and sip. Then relax. According to Chisholm, “The most important thing
is to sit back and think about what you just tasted.”
