Snowman Convention



The Great Snowman Convention provides students opportunities to develop a deeper, richer understanding of one of the greatest resources in CNY, its annual snowfall. Projects displayed during Winterfest at Sunnycrest & Meachem Ice Rinks. CNY BOAT SHOW – 1 pm – 9 pm; New York State Fairgrounds. The CNY Boat Show and Sale will showcase more than 500 all-new models of power and sail boats. THE POST-STANDARD WINTERFEST TREASURE HUNT – 23nd annual contest continues until the medallion is found or Winterfest’s conclusion at midnight, Feb. 21. Follow clues in The Post-Standard to find the medallion, hidden somewhere in Onondaga County. The finder will win $1,000, which is doubled to $2,000 if he or she subscribes to the daily newspaper. Treasure hunters may call 703-1703 to find out if the medallion has been found. The winner should verify the authenticity of the medallion by calling the telephone number engraved on the medallion.

MIX IT UP! YOUTH ART CLASSES: SESSION I – 10:30 am –Noon; Everson Museum of Art. Expand your child’s artistic horizons with this four-week class!
