Boulangerie

.
. . . . . .

When Jim Paglia and John Vivenzio started their shop, they didn’t
want the usual deli. They wanted a shop known for unusual sandwiches
made with the freshest ingredients. For example, the #2, which is
turkey sandwich, with garlic mayonnaise, tomatoes, bacon and swiss
cheese. Or maybe the #12, which is a Chicken Salad Waldorf sandwich,
containing apples, raisins, cheddar cheese and nuts. Or maybe my
personal favorite, the #13, which is a turkey sandwich with cranberry
mayonnaise, sliced apple and swiss cheese. There are too many of these
unique, gourmet style sandwiches on their menu to list – you will just
have to see for yourself!

The bread is really the star of this eatery, baked fresh with an
assortment of flavors to compliment any sandwich you choose to have.
Choose from a classic French “batard” or sour dough or multi grain. Or
just use the bread as a side to the soups that are made fresh by Jim.

Looking to liven up a catered lunch? Have Boulangerie cater it for
you! They can put together and deliver a fabulous assortment of box
lunches, just like Mom used to make. You also get chips, soda and
cookie with every lunch. Or order a “wrap around platter;” a selection
of Boulangerie’s signature wraps arranged on a platter with enough
variety to satisfy even the most discerning crowd.

On a busy day when you can’t make it down to Franklin Square,
Boulangerie will deliver their signature soups and sandwiches right to
you! You have to have a $15 minimum, but you can get that with your
cubicle mates and the cleaning lady! There really is no reason to delay
– give Boulangerie a try today!
