ACR services Cayuga, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego and St. Lawrence counties. Angels will receive a client’s first name, age and a list of needs, general basic items like toiletries, towels, shoes or a coat.
