By now you’ve likely seen the coupons you can redeem at grocery store checkouts, adding $2.03 to your grocery bill. That relatively meager amount will be added to your total and will pay for a meal for a person in need. In 2008, the Rescue Mission served more than 10,000 more meals than it did in 2007, and this year the demand is expected to be 3 percent higher than last year. Participating stores are: Big M, in Seneca Knolls Shopping Plaza, 7252 State Fair Blvd.; Green Hills, 5933 S. Salina St.; Nojaim Brothers, 27 E.
