The Rat Pack Is Back!

Viva Las Vegas

It’s ring-a-ding-ding time when Famous Artists pulls in the touring musical revue The Rat Pack Is Back!, which runs Monday, Nov. 2, through Wednesday, Nov. 4, with 7:30 p.m. shows at the Mulroy Civic Center’s Crouse-Hinds Concert Theater, 411 Montgomery St. The production, partially conceived by legendary Strip comic Buddy Hackett’s son Sandy Hackett, plays like a swizzle-stick version of Forever Plaid, as the spirits of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Joey Bishop (the latter usually incarnated on stage by Hackett) come back to reprise their 1960-vintage nightclub act. The pre-fab four is backed by a 12-piece orchestra, and there’s even a Marilyn Monroe sighting along the hellzapoppin way. Tickets are $30, $40 and $50. For information, call 424-8210.
