“We outgrew our other location and wanted to find something bigger and better for the customers,” owner Paul Larose said.
Bigger is always better. Now that there is an actual parking lot,
endless seating, new full bar available every day, and a bigger menu
with even more Mexican delight, you will be cha-cha-cha-ing to Oswego
Street in no time.
The chimichanga has been having that effect on customers for years. The
deep fried flour tortilla can be filled with chicken, beans, or
whatever you’re in the mood for at a reasonable price.
The bar offers spectacular prices as well; including half price
margarita’s every Wednesday. Happy hour is from 4-7 p.m. Monday through
Friday. The HD-TV’s on every side of the bar help you to check any
scores or get that daily dose of news you forgot to get earlier that
morning. Traditional bar foods will soon be added to satisfy the needs
of gringo taste buds.
The needs of the customer have always been most important at Juanita’s.
The sombreros on the walls and festive music create a laid back
atmosphere but it’s the friendly and very accommodating staff working
hard behind the scenes that really makes the experience a pleasure. The
restaurant has been in the Larose family for over 20 years; It’s nice
to see how some things never change.
