The 20th anniversary edition of Men Who Cook will again pit teams in a race for culinary supremacy while raising money for the Mental Health Association of Central New York. Former Onondaga County Executive
Nick “Mr. Meatballs” Pirro, who has volunteered for Men Who Cook since the first year, will serve as honorary chair. The event is also a great opportunity to mingle and network with the movers and shakers of Syracuse; keep an eye out for The New Times’ team, dubbed “The Microwavers of Intention.” Bring your appetite and love for small bites to the Hotel Syracuse, 500, S. Warren St., on Friday, April 25, 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person, or $160 for a pack of four. For more information, call 422-9400.
