Wayne's World, Party Time, Excellent!

Wayne Newton should feel right at home this weekend at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino Showroom,
Thruway Exit 33, Verona, when “Mr. Las Vegas” primes his pipes for a
performance on Saturday, March 22, 8 p.m. The ageless showman scored
his biggest hit with “Daddy Don’t You Walk So Fast” in 1972, but he’s
been around since the early 1960s on TV series like The Lucy Show and even turned up in the 1989 James Bond opus Licence to Kill. Maybe he’ll share some of the dance moves he picked up during his stint on TV’s Dancing With the Stars. Tickets are $65, $70 and $80. For more information, call 361-SHOW.
