Solvay Public Library will host a program geared towards adults age 50 and older on Health & Wellness Self Care. The program, presented by MVP Health Care Educator, Chris Britton, will explore the basics of Self Care, how to manage our own health and how we can make the best informed decisions about our health. Each participant will receive a free copy of the MVP Self-Care Handbook: A Guide for People Age 50 and Older. There will also be a discussion on a variety of resources that you can use to help take better care of yourself and your family. The program and handbook are free compliments of MVP Heath Care. Space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register call the library at 468-2441 or go to www.solvaylibrary.org.
