Saturdays, September 12, 19, and 26 at 10:00 am
These beginner’s yoga classes, hosted at the library will teach the basics of yoga breathing, stretching, and meditation. No experience is needed to join this class, and people of all ages (including kids!) are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat or small blanket and remember to wear loose clothing.
